Weleda is based in Germany. A group of doctors and pharmacists started the company almost a century ago, seeking to blend their medical knowledge with a more spiritual approach to wellness. After studying how natural ingredients affect our bodies, they created a line of medicines and personal care that today includes everything from deodorant and shampoo to products for babies and pregnant women.
