Gentle enough for dry and sensitive eyes, it contains chamomile to soothe the delicate eye area and antioxidant vitamins C and E to protect skin. Formulated with a base of corn silk and jojoba oil for softness and ease of use, it's also long-wearing. Provides a structured, dark line when used wet and a more subdued, smoky accent when used dry.
