The hypoallergenic skin care product features a base of non-irritating sweet almond oil to improve the skin's natural defenses. Coming from the kernels of the organically grown sweet almond trees in California's Central Valley, this oil is carefully harvested and processed to be pharmaceutical grade. Because it's high in essential fatty acids, sweet almond oil decreases dryness and dehydration in the skin, making it more soft and supple. Added beeswax and glycerin similarly help retain moisture. Plum kernel oil, the other key component, is pressed from plum seeds and delivers the free radical protection of antioxidants like vitamin E, as well as vitamin A's powerful age-fighting properties, which firm and smooth. This natural skin care contains no added fragrance, making it ideal for skins prone to allergies, rosacea, or other reactive conditions. Instead, the two oils give it a delicate, nutty scent.
