Every Nature's Basin Gift Certificate that is mailed comes beautifully packaged with a Nature's Basin gift card and envelope. Or you can choose to email the gift certificate directly to the recipient. The recipients are also eligible for 2-5 free samples with their order when they use the gift certificate you send to them.

The customer may use a gift certificate by applying the gift certificate to their account. Once the gift certificate is applied to the account, it will automatically be used in any purchases made through that account. The customer may apply the gift certificate to their account in any of the following ways:

  • By entering the gift certificate code on the "Order Review" screen during checkout
  • By visiting http://www.naturesbasin.com/redeem/
  • By visiting their "My Account" manager and clicking on "Apply a gift certificate to your account"
  • By visiting their "My Account" manager and viewing an order recently placed, that has not been locked yet, and applying the gift certificate to that order (which also gets applied to their account).
The customer may view their current remaining gift certificate balance by logging into their "My Account" manager and clicking "View gift certificate balance".

  • Our gift certificates do not expire

  • If you do not use your entire gift certificate amount during one transaction, the remaining balance will remain for subsequent usage, until the balance of your gift certificate reaches zero.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable. Once issued they may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Should you wish to return product that was purchased via a gift certificate, the portion of that order that was paid for by gift certificate will be refunded back to the original gift certificate for further purchases. It is best to keep your gift certificate for 60 days after it has been used in case you wish to return a product.

  • Please protect your gift certificate code. Your Nature's Basin gift certificate cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. Once your gift certificate has been fully used, it will no longer be valid.
