Free Samples



Nature's Basin provides two free samples on all orders and five free samples on all orders above $90.

Free samples appear on the product pages in a section called "Free Samples" right below the Product Description. Please select 2 to 5 free samples as you shop depending on the size of the order you plan to place. You can always delete samples from the cart if you selected more than what your order qualifies for. In case, you placed more samples in your order than what you qualify for, Nature's Basin will limit the number of samples sent to you based on the size of your order. Nature's Basin reserves the right to select the two or five best possible samples out of all the samples that you placed in the order.

We do not maintain backorders for free sample products. If your order includes free sample products, and we are out of stock on some or all of the free samples, we will ship all items available, along with free samples that we select for you which may not be the same as the ones that you had selected when placing an order. And we will cancel the remaining free samples that are not in stock from your order.
