All orders typically arrive between 2 to 8 business days. For example, if you place an order on Monday then it can arrive as early as Thursday in the same week or no later than Thursday in the following week. Please read about our shipping policy, rates and delivery times
Nature's Basin has enabled real-time inventory in our online store. If we are out-of-stock on a certain product then that product will appear as "Out-of-Stock" which means that we have temporarily run out of stock for that product. You may still order the product. If we expect the out-of-stock product(s) to arrive within 5 business days, we will hold your entire order to allow that item to come into stock before shipping your order. If the out-of-stock product(s) is not expected to arrive within 5 business days, all remaining items in your order will ship immediately without the out-of-stock item(s).
This will then create a backorder in our store on your behalf. As soon as the back-ordered item(s) arrive into stock again, we will ship it to you automatically with FREE ground shipping. We will send you an email to let you know that your back-ordered item(s) has shipped.
Please Note: In the case of a backorder, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your original order including the backordered item, but you will benefit from FREE and automatic ground shipping of the backordered item when it has arrived in-stock.
If your original order included free shipping, and you choose to cancel a backordered item(s) from your order, lowering the total of your order below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund by our standard shipping fees as posted at the time on our website.

Free Samples: We do not maintain backorders for free sample products. If your order includes free sample products, and we are out of stock on some or all of the free samples, we will ship all items available, along with free samples that we select for you which may not be the same as the ones that you had selected when placing an order. And we will cancel the remaining free samples that are not in stock from your order.
