I am confused by the affiliate sign-up process. Where can I find help?
Affiliates may sign-up at the following Affiliate Information page. Registration will take about 24 hours. You will receive an email from Nature's Basin confirming your approval and registration as an affiliate. Nature's Basin Affiliates also have access to an additional section of web pages in their My Account Manager. These additional pages allow the affiliate to automatically generate banner ads, as well as view their current statistics and earnings. An affiliate can track total click-throughs generated, as well as how many of those clicks actually convert to sales.
How does the Nature's Basin Affiliate Program work?
After you join our program via ShareASale and you are accepted as an affiliate of Nature's Basin, you can place links via banners, text links and other creative assets on your website. When your visitors click through to the Nature's Basin website via these links, that visitor is tracked until they place an order. When your visitors click through to the Nature's Basin website via these links, that visitor is tracked until they place an order. When an order is placed by such a visitor, the order is associated with your website as the referring source and your affiliate account is credited for 10% of the entire order. At the end of each month, ShareASale sends you a check for the entire amount of revenue share you have earned in the previous month once you have reached a $50 threshold. Thus, the more visitors you refer to Nature's Basin and the more of those visitors turn into customers of Nature's Basin, the more you get paid - and unlike many other websites, you get paid each time that customer places an order within 180 days, not just their first!
Are there any fees or costs associated with becoming an affiliate of Nature's Basin?

How often do I get paid from you?
We will payout your commissions each month via check into a bank account of your choice on the 20th of each month once your account has reached a credit of US$50 before the end of the previous month.

Can websites outside of the U.S. become affiliate partners?

Yes, we recommend you think of the best positions that a potential Nature's Basin customer would find appealing on your website and place creatives to enable the highest click-through and conversion possible.
How many Nature's Basin links, banners and other creatives can I place on my website?
There is no limit, and we encourage you to use as many as necessary and appropriate to improve click-throughs and conversion. We have found that a creative banner along with a text link or Nature's Basin logo improves effectiveness.
Can I use Nature's Basin photos and content from the Nature's Basin websites?
The entire Nature's Basin websites and content are protected by copyright. You may use images and content from our websites in the promotion of our products on your own website, however all images must be used in the sale of the product through the affiliate program and attributed to us. If you have a special circumstance that requires the use of any photos, product images or content in a manner that is not consistent with the above, you must contact us for written approval prior to use of any such content.
What sales and revenue reports do you provide?
Each transaction is logged on ShareASale servers, and available for review in detail. ShareASale also keeps aggregate stats on the number of hits, leads, sales, and paid clicks. An affiliate can track total click-throughs generated, as well as how many of those clicks actually convert to sales.
On what products do I earn a commission as an affiliate?
There are no limitations or restrictions on what Nature's Basin products can be sold through our affiliate program, AND there are no limits on the amount of commission you can earn as an affiliate.
How do you treat product returns and affiliate sales?
If a customer referred by your site returns or cancels an order for refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to online credit card fraud, Nature's Basin, at its option, can debit your account for any commission earned on that transaction.
